Specialist Yoga Workshops


During yoga retreats I offer a range of specialist yoga workshops on subjects as diverse as chanting, headstand workshops and yoga philosophy. 
Each workshop is designed to
broaden your understanding of yoga through examination from different perspectives - increasing your knowledge of everything yoga encompasses, and enhancing the experience of your practice.

On Saturday 27th October 2018 from 10.30-4.30pm I will be running a one day yoga workshop in Saffron Walden.

Are you experiencing stress, worry or anxiety, or have you experienced them in the past?  Would you like to learn simple techniques to reduce these feelings and take control back over your life?
Yoga can show you how.

In this full day yoga retreat we will discover how yoga can help us to reduce and deal with stress, worry and anxiety.  We will use different yoga techniques to address how stress manifests in the mind, body and soul.  Practical, easy to follow steps are offered, alongside support to further your journey away from stress after the workshop.  Expect to be inspired and delighted as you uncover the peace that resides within you and how to access its' power on a regular basis.  A chance to take a whole day for yourself to restore, renew and revive, alongside like-minded souls, and learn how to live in harmony with yourself, and with the ever-changing world around you.

Recommended for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the psychology of the mind/body interaction and learn tools for enhancing their health and well-being.

All welcome, no experience necessary.


'Yoga for Stress, Worry & Anxiety' includes discussion, contemplation, breathing exercises, physical yoga, guided meditation, a yoga sequence designed to help with anxiety, and much more. 

Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, some warm socks, a blanket and a cushion.
Free parking on site.
