'Yoga & The Elements'

                                                                          The five elements present in our natural world are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether

    In this workshop we discover:
how yoga helps us to connect with the elements, both spiritually and physically
why the elements are one of the most important keys to health and happiness
how to restore health by bringing the elements into a harmonious relationship with each other
how to activate each element within our body


This workshop includes a short yoga sequence, designed to invoke each of the elements, followed by an examination of the relationships between the elements, and a detailed focus on each element in turn. 

'Yoga & The Elements' includes physical yoga practice, discussion and yoga philosophy.
